At The Movement Therapy, we’re all about helping our community stay strong, mobile, and confident through every stage of life. And this November, we’re saying thank you to our incredible members and welcoming new faces to join in the fun.

Here’s the Deal

All throughout November, you can try any of our group classes for free.
 If you’re already a member, you can bring a friend, and you’ll both get the class free.

It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the word about what makes these classes so special — supportive people, evidence-based training, and a focus on helping you move better, feel stronger, and live well.

Spots are limited, so make sure to book ahead to secure your place!

Our Classes

Women’s Strength

Strength training designed specifically for women, with a focus on supporting the changes your body goes through across life.
These sessions are about building confidence, improving bone density, and maintaining lifelong strength.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 7:30am
Saturday -10:00am

Strength & Stamina

For anyone looking to improve balance, endurance, and overall strength — especially those managing conditions like osteoporosis, diabetes, or COPD.
Build resilience and make everyday movement feel easier and more powerful.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 9:15am

Flexibility Class

A guided blend of strength and mobility training to keep you supple, flexible, and free from stiffness.
Perfect for reversing that “tight and creaky” feeling we all get from long hours sitting or staying still.
Saturday- 9:00am
