Eamon Bailie

Eamon, our experienced Exercise Physiologist, may have a head full of greys but is the biggest kid of the bunch, but don't let that fool you! With over 4 years of changing lives and a background as the clinical director of a physiotherapy company, he believes in the power of his unique singing and dancing skills to aid rehabilitation.

Background:

Movement Therapy EP was founded in 2019 by Eamon Bailie. Eamon's dedication to health and fitness started from a young age through his love of sport.

As a young adult Eamon suffered injuries and therefore spent time in rehabilitation. He quickly knew that becoming a Exercise Physiologist was his true calling to help make a difference in people’s lives.

Eamon believes that a regular exercise and lifestyle plan should be evidence based and scientifically proven.

He's passionate about helping people feel empowered through exercise, whether it’s rehabilitation, performance, or just feeling great in everyday life. His goal isn’t just to help you move better today—it’s to give you the knowledge, strength, and confidence so you won’t need him tomorrow!

Background:

Since Jack first entered a gym at 15, he hasn’t looked back. With six years of experience working in the fitness industry, he isn’t just an Exercise Physiologist but has also worked as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, rugby assistant coach and even exercise scientist.

Jack understands the importance of rehabilitation first-hand after suffering from a chronic injury that took him nearly two years to recover from. This has helped shape his philosophy, to prioritise research and clinical reasoning to ensure effective training and long-term rehabilitation.
